SALES TRAINING PROGRAM LAUNCHED

 

Pronto considers its human capital as its greatest asset and to develop this asset further, Pronto launched a Sales Training Program. Extending over six months, the program is a comprehensively designed series of activities aimed at inducting and grooming sales trainees. The program's objective is to develop highly effective presentation skills, negotiation tactics and account planning strategies, empowering the sales team to progress from transaction focused selling to genuine consultative selling, hence converting the sales relationship into a collaborative business partnership that produces long term and measurable sales results.

 

PARTICIPATION IN LSE JOB FAIR 2015

 

 

On 12th March 2015, Pronto participated in annual job fair at the Lahore School of Economics (LSE). The impressive job fair was arranged with some of Pakistan’s top organizations taking part in the well organized event. As soon as Pronto's stall was set up, students started pouring in at the stall. It was great to see the extraordinary response we received from the bright minds of Pakistan, as the graduates were curious and interested to know about our internship, STO and MTO programs. Students and graduates submitted their resumes with a keen interest to pursue an exciting career at Pronto.

ACRYLIC WORKSHOP UPGRADED WITH LATEST MACHINERY

 

As a market leader it is vital to adapt advanced and innovative production techniques. Recently Pronto has added state-of-the-art machinery to its Acrylic workshop. The addition of a laser cutting machine, an acrylic bender and a vacuum forming machine allows us to make the most unique and practical retail marketing fixtures in the industry and enables us to quickly manufacture samples for our clients, tailored to satisfy their specific needs. Innovation is core to our philosophy and we are committed to achieving excellence across all our operations, delivering exceptional services to our clients.

EXPANSION OF SUPPLY CHAIN AND MERCHANDISING DEPARTMENT

 

Over the years the demand for our products and services has increased tremendously. After launching the Karachi office in March 2012, we expanded it this year by establishing supply chain and merchandising departments. In addition, we have set up merchandising operations in Islamabad, Multan and Peshawar. This expansion will help us gain access to new markets and talent pools, reduce costs, and most importantly, will allow us to provide better services to our clients.

 

COCA COLA WALK-IN STORE BRANDING

 

Pronto was awarded a walk-in store branding project by Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited for a number of shops in Karachi, Multan, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, involving production and installation of a diverse range of products including end mode gondolas, shelf in shelf, podiums, cart trays and dress-up headers. The scope of work included initial site visits, sizing and verification of the branding requirement. The collected data was then converted to ideas and concepts for client approval to proceed with the preparation of materials, production and installation.

 

EBM SELECTS PRONTO FOR LAUNCH OF NAN KHATAI

 

It was a privilege for Pronto to be chosen to launch EBM's latest product Nan Khatai. From design to execution the project was a massive success. The scope of the project involved manufacturing, delivering and installation of counter tops, gondolas, pallets along with header and pillar branding in Hyperstar Karachi and Lahore. The client was highly impressed with the timely execution and quality of work and acknowledged Pronto's contribution to make the project a huge success.

PRONTO PROMO - THE CHOICE OF TOP MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES

 

Recently Pronto was chosen by four multinational companies Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Reckitt Benckiser and L'Oreal, for their execution projects for the opening of Gillani Mart in Wah Cantt. This turned into a major project involving multiple brands, the project comprised of manufacturing and installation of primary dress-ups and gondolas. The clients expressed great satisfaction with the quality and timely execution of the project.

COLGATE PALMOLIVE - REBRANDING OF MULTIPLE STORES

 

A project to rebrand and dress-up over 360 shops in Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Peshawar was awarded to Pronto by Colgate Palmolive. The project involved manufacturing, delivery and installation of a broad range of products including fins, primary gondolas, end mode gondolas, brush hanger units and primary dress ups. The project was completed on time with complete client satisfaction.
