The program will allow you to work and gain experience in the different facets of business. Primarily being a learning and professional grooming experience, candidates stand to gain massive exposure and insight over a period of 6 to 8 weeks.

Management Trainee Officer
Program
Pronto Promo's Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program is just the right place for you to start you career! Our MTO program is for young, talented and dynamic individuals, at Pronto we look forward to impart our rich experience and knowledge to groom our MTOs as future leaders of Pronto Promo.
ELIGIBILITY
Students who have completed their BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) Degree are eligible to apply for this program.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

For the written test, candidates are short listed from specific institutions across the country.

Successful candidates are then called in for a basic interview.

Candidates who complete the interview phase successfully are then called for a second interview, which is conducted by our senior management.

Our Management Trainee Officer program gives a trainee an opportunity to work on exciting and challenging assignments, each MTO spends a specified time period in different departments where they get valuable insights on how the organization works.

Upon completion of the MTO program, the Management Trainee Officer is confirmed as an Executive in the designated department.

Sales Trainee Officer
Program
Extending over six months, the STO program is a comprehensively designed series of activities aimed at inducting and grooming sales trainees. The program's objective is to develop highly effective presentation skills, negotiation tactics and account planning strategies, empowering the sales team to progress from transaction focused selling to genuine consultative selling, hence converting the sales relationship into a collaborative business partnership.
